What we collect
Booktime stores account details, team membership records, scheduling data, booking details, and contact information submitted through booking forms. If a business enables route planning, service addresses may be processed to score booking slots. If a user connects Google Calendar, we store the chosen calendar metadata and the tokens needed to keep that connection working until the user disconnects it.
How we use data
We use this information to operate scheduling, send transactional emails, manage team access, prevent spam or abuse, and sync appointments with connected Google Calendars. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Booktime relies on Firebase for authentication and data storage, Google services for Maps and Calendar features, Stripe for payments when enabled, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Those providers may process data as needed to deliver their services.
Retention and control
Business owners control the scheduling data they create inside their account. Users can disconnect Google Calendar from within the app. Account owners may disable access or delete users based on business needs.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact options inside Booktime or by contacting the team operating your account.
